Over 1,500 miles later...

Oh Man! What a trip. I can honestly say Amanda and I have done things we have never done before, seen things we have never seen before, eaten things we have never eaten before, and been to places we have never been before! We have traveled over 15k miles in a week, traveled through 3 different states, slept in 4 different beds, meet more people than we can remember, eaten way to much fast food, and at a couple points relaxed liked crazy(and I have the stripped sunburn to prove it!) We have gone to a baby shower, a bachelor party, a wedding and have taken our fill of pictures through the whole thing! We are very glad to be home now, Dixon met us when we walked in the house and he too was happy to be home from his grandparents. Below are some pictures of our trip.
Sara and Riley opening gifts. Amanda, Sarah, and Meredith

The guys enjoying themselves and celebrating Riley's future child!

Graham and Asheli are finally married!

And finally, if anyone can tell me what is wrong with this picture, they win a prize.

Glad to be home-Jared

Well, at first I was amazed that on wednesdays, Bart Simpson's super-dog Laddie would be able to get a carwash for $5, but I noticed it was Ladie and not Laddie. It was then that I realized that someone deep in the heart of Alabama had misspelled "Ladies' Day." To make matters worse, after a little research, I found that there were approximately 470,000 mispellings of "Ladies'" on the internet. Don't worry, it's still not accepted in webster's dictionary yet....

I agree with Chris' post, but I believe he left one thing out. If you look closer at the car wash sign, you see that the standard rate applies to "most cars." Now what I would like to know is...what the heck does "most cars" mean? The vagueness of "most cars" seems to give a lot of wiggle room for any prejudiced and/or bigoted car washer. For instance, suppose that said car washer doesn't like green SUV's...does that mean that he can charge them double? I would have thought in this enlightened day and age that we would have moved beyond such definitions, but alas...as we can see here, our American culture still has much to learn...

...and on an unrelated note...Graham's new wife is HOT!

the real error is not that someone in alabama got "ladies'" wrong

everyone knows that women can't drive in alabama

so the mistake is offereing them a special on car washes

Now the real error is that this picture was taken in Georgia and truly someone buying an old Honda mini-van, still driving it and getting it detailed is the worst error of all.
