Mucho thanks to our friends Eric and Rachel, Amanda and I are now slightly addicted to a new game called Rail Baron. Now don't go rushing out and try to buy this off your local Target shelves because you won't find it! This wonderful piece of imagination stopped being produced sometime in the late 70's early 80's but I do have to say that this is the best four, five, six hours a group of people can spend. What is this game you ask, well try to think of it like a cross between monopoly and Stratego, but with railroads that cross the US trying to get from point A to point B while trying to use your railroads so that it cost the least amount of money. First person to make over $200K and get back to their home city wins. Oh Yeah!
The best part I think is the character on the box. It was like the creators of this game said "What happens when you take the monopoly man with the Statego man?"
